		<description>Thanks for the tip Paul! I gave SpeedLimit a test round and I think it works great and it is a bit easer to use than sloppy. You just have to make sure you remove the hosts so you don&#039;t always have SpeedLimit on. I&#039;m pretty sure that I will include SpeedLimit in another post.</description>
